Terms and conditions

• All entries must be submitted by midnight 30th April 2008. Avis reserves the right to extend the promotion
• One entry per person. No purchase necessary.
• Entries from employees and their families of Avis, Continental Airlines, W Hotels, or any companies/agencies associated with this Avis/Jersey Boys promotion are not permitted and will be invalid.
• Entries from professional or amateur competition groups and/or their members are not permitted and will be invalid.
• By entering this prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• One winner will be selected at random and notified by 9th May 2008.
• The prize package is as follows and is valid for travel until 31st August 2008, subject to availability:
  i) Continental Airlines will provide 2 economy seats from London Gatwick or London Heathrow to New York Newark Airport depending on availability. Flights cannot be changed once booked.

ii) W Hotels of New York will provide accommodation for two people for 3 nights. Hotel certificate redemption is based on availability and advanced reservations. Please have several alternative dates when checking availability. Blackout dates do apply and are subject to change.

iii) aka will provide a pair of tickets to see JERSEY BOYS at the August Wilson Theatre, New York.
