I am renting in a btl area and we are getting leaflets posted through the door about owners selling their property to them and getting out before the crash.
They are a bit late though, as there are already repossessions in this area.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
