COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Competition closes 2nd March 2008.
- Only one entry per email address is permitted.
- Consultations are strictly subject to advance booking and availability.
- The prize has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash.
- Participating consultants reserve the right to vary their conditions of acceptance of this offer and their normal entry conditions or restrictions (concerning minimum age, times, dates and other matters).
- Please check with consultant before arranging to travel.
- Prize must be redeemed before 31 August 2008.
- Entrants to the competition must be 18 or over.
- Wallis respects your rights to privacy and will only use your data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
- The prize draw will take place on 3rd March 2008 or shortly after. The winner will be notified by email shortly after and no later than 13th March 2008.
- No purchase necessary.
- The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes must be taken as stated or notified by Wallis and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
- Wallis does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
- Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for incorrectly completed entries or entries made fraudulently.
- This competition is not open to Wallis, Arcadia Group, its contractors or employees or to any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the competition or their direct family members.
- Prizes not taken up or exercised by 31 August 2008 will be deemed to have been forfeited and Wallis reserves the right to either offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition. Entrants will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any extra rules that appear with the competition details.
- These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
