1. The Competition is open to all UK and Channel Island residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 4pm GMT on 30/04/08.
4. Entry must be made using an official entry form available electronically at www.Domestos.co.uk. Entrant should state his / her name, email address, telephone number, and the Entrant’s tale.
5. No entrant may win more than one prize. One original Grim Tale per each entry. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. The Entrant’s Grim Tale should be the Entrant’s own work and shall be original and shall not have been previously published or exploited in any part and will not infringe any copyright, right of privacy, right of publicity or personality or any other right whatsoever of any third party. You hereby agree not to send to the Promoter any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other material that would violate any law. You shall be the sole author of the tale and the sole absolute unencumbered legal and beneficial owner of all rights of copyright and other rights to the tale. You shall indemnify and hold the Promoter harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs and expenses
