4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the prize draw with or without purchase, please write your name and address on a stamped envelope before 31st July 2008 and send to BMW Z4 Roadster Prize Draw, Next Directory, P.O. Box 4000, Sheffield S97 3ET. Only one entry per person can be submitted. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. No bulk entries or entries from third parties will be accepted. You must be over 18 to enter the draw and a UK resident.
5. The winner's name and county will be available from the Prize Draw Department at the above address on receipt of a stamped self addressed envelope after the 14th August 2008.
6. The winner will be notified personally by the company on company letterhead. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed.
7. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
