Entry is limited to one per person and is open to UK residents over the age of 18. No purchase is necessary.This is an online competition, internet access is required. Only completed entries on the official questionnaire will be accepted. Only those entries with correct answers to questions 1 to 5 will qualify for the prize draw to win prizes. Employees of Jupiter or any company involved in the competition, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the competition. Jupiter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. The closing date for this competition is 5.30pm on Wednesday 30 April 2008, entries received after that date will not be accepted. The prize winners will be notified by a Jupiter representative by Friday 9 May 2008. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to publish the name of the prize winner in future publications. Prizes to be taken as stated and are not transferable. No alternative cash prize is available. The itinerary for the holiday does not include spending money, Indian Visa (approx £30pp), travel insurance, telephone, laundry or any personal items, camera fees while on 'Palace on Wheels', any change you may choose to make during your holiday, gratuities to drivers and guides and any meals not mentioned in the itinerary. Please be advised that no flight, hotel or train accommodation have as yet been confirmed. We strongly suggest that the prize winner confirms this itinerary as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. This prize is subject to availability, should any of the itinerary not be available the prize winner is able to travel with Greaves Travel on a tailor made tour to India for the value of £3889 per person. The 'Palace on wheels' does not operate from April until September. Travel must be completed between 10 May 08 - 30 April 09. Travel may not be taken during December 08. The runner up prizes include one night for two people at the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel, London including bed and breakfast, plus dinner for two at Benares restaurant, London, to the value of £110 + 12.5% service. All expenses after that will be met by the individuals. Accommodation and restaurant are subject to availability. Both the holiday to India and the runner up prizes must be booked by Friday 29 August 2008 and taken by Thursday 30 April 2009 or they will be forfeited. All personal insurance and travel insurance including for cancellation and curtailment will be the responsibility of the prize winners. The names of winners will be available on application in writing after Friday 9 May 2008 from Jupiter Unit Trust Managers Limited.
