Warning: Energyhelpline hadn't updated my tariff
Something to watch out for here. Today, I went to the Energyhelpline site and typed in my current tariff and consumption. It told me that I would only save £1 by switching so I wasn't going to bother. But I'm pleased that I checked on another site as it turns out that Energyhelpline hadn't updated my current Eon tariff for the prices changes on 8 Feb so their recommendation was wrong.
Other price comparison sites show that I can save £120+ per year by switching. (So I am going to switch as soon as I've made this forum post.)
I like Energyhelpline as it shows you the details of the tariffs in a lot of detail so I have phoned them to let them know so hopefully it'll be sorted out shortly.

Thanks for the comments guys
Here's the answers ...- I was on Eon's energysaver online version 2 and have switched to version 5
- Eon increased its prices on 8 Feb and I checked the changes with them on the phone
- As I'm sticking with Eon as it has the best deal for my circumstances, I don't get any cashback - but I will certainly look at using Quidco if the price checkers suggest I move to a different firm - thanks for the tip - £70 is definitely worth having
