Extending slotted concrete fence posts ?

Hi Everyone
I have a 4ft high fence, which i am looking to extend to to 6ft, is it possible to extend the posts 2 ft, which will save me ripping up the existing ones.
Sometime ago i saw a steel sheath that fitted the full lenghth of the post and extended the existing size, but cant seem to find anything now.
what i have seen is a wooden extension, which basically fills the gap, does'nt seem to give much suppourt though.
any ideas folks ..... cheers.
