UK Hols in the Sun Confirmation ?

Has anyone received theirs yet ? I booked with a priority form online and I havent received my confirmation yet, the money has came out, and I received the email, but I have had nothing in the post, I am starting to panic now :eek:

I wanted to upgrade too, hope there are still some left when I get my form through.

As someone who has worked for the company who administer the holidays I can put your concerns at rest.......
When you made your booking online you got a reference number and confirmation of payment and date - that is the important bit as it means you got a booking.

The actual booking was then forwarded to the relevant holiday company e.g. Haven, Butlins, Pontins etc. Unfortunately that is where the delay sets in - remember many thousands of people will have tried to book. (around 300,000 for this promotion!) so the holiday companies tend to be a bit swamped.

The helpline number was published in the Sun when the promotion was first published. (No 2 of the 20 things every sun holiday reader needs to know)
but will not be open until around the beginning of March. That is the date by which the holiday companies have to get your confirmation out to you.
