Thanks Mpython, I love JJ.

I've just checked on Amazon and HMV and they both give the release date for Brushfire Fairytales as 14/10/2002. It is the one with the bonus tracks.

It appears On & On was 30/6/2003.

Just had a look at my copy of Brushfire Fairytales and can't find any date that fits!
