The promoter of this Prize Draw is Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (UK & Ireland), a division of The Walt Disney Company Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, London W6 9PE (“Disney”).
2. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years and over, excluding Disney employees, agents, and/or immediate families or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw.
3. Only one entry per household is allowed. Only entries made online via the Internet will be accepted.
4. Disney does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries.
5. All entries for the Prize Draw must be received no later than midnight on 31 May, 2008 to be eligible for selection.
6. All winning entries will be selected randomly by Disney or its agents within 4 weeks of the closing date from all valid entries received. The judge’s decision is final.
7. All winners will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via email. The first prize winner selected to receive the exclusive screening must reply to the winning confirmation email within 3 days, otherwise Disney reserves the right to select another winner. All other winners selected to receive either a 2nd, 3rd or 4th prize must reply to their winning confirmation email within 14 days of receipt, otherwise Disney reserves the right to select other winners. A list of the winners’ abbreviated names & counties will be hosted on this site following the draw.
8. Personal Information about Prize Draw entrants will be used for the management of entries, to inform winners of the prizes they have won and to deliver prizes. Personal Information will only be used for marketing purposes if they have indicated as such on the entry.
9. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Disney reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
10. Entrants accept that if they win, Disney will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this Prize Draw and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
11. Disney has arranged this Prize Draw in good faith, but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize draw or prizes offered.
12. Prize Details:

• 1st Prize: 1x preview screening of a new Disney movie exclusively for 1 lucky winner and up to 50 friends and/or family members, including transport to and from the screening for the winner and up to 5 guests; and for all guests a ‘red carpet experience’ of a red carpet, pretend paparazzi and goody bags. At the point of prize confirmation, the winner will be informed which Disney movie will be shown at the preview screening. The date of the preview screening is planned to take place during the 2 week period prior to the nationwide cinema release of the new Disney movie however the exact date and venue of the preview screening shall be determined by Disney, in its sole discretion, and is subject to Disney movie availability. The screening venue should be local to winner but is subject to venue capacity and availability. The winner will be issued entrance tickets for the preview screening for them to distribute to friends and family. These entrance tickets must be given free of charge and cannot be sold. Any entrance tickets sold will be invalid. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above are at winner and/or guests own expense. If the winner is unavailable to attend a preview screening before the Disney movie is launched to the general public then an alternative time for an exclusive screening will be arranged up to 3 weeks after the date of nationwide cinema release, which will not be a preview.
