Beware when you click on the email address hyperlink to enter - it only goes to competitions@icliverpool, so got bounced back to me. I then manually tried [EMAIL="icliverpool@gmail.com"]icliverpool@gmail.com[/EMAIL] and that seems to have worked - so far!
