under tile heating

quick question.. planning on putting under tile heating in my kitchen as im gettin the floor tiled over.. is there any kits that has a plug which i can just plug into mains like any other appliance as most of what Ive seen requires wiring by an electrician etc.. any ideas? thanks!

the reason it need to be wired by an electrician is that it needs a thermostat and probe, this should be wired through a seperate fuse when possible as a large area will consume quite a bit of power so could overload a ringmain circuit.0

this system is wired into a transformer that the plugs into the wall and wont change the height of your floor....
