All entries that have been submitted by e-mail or through external web pages are included in the campaign prize draw. All UK & Western Europe residents who are over 18 are eligible to participate in the prize draw. The campaign challenge is available in most web browsers and e-mail programs.

Participation is free of charge. Each participant in the UK, Western Europe will be entered into a prize draw to win a £500 spending spree or £200 (dependent on their route of entry) on https://www.wallacesacks.com. The prize draw has no limits on numbers of entry per e-mail address. The number of entries is determined by the number of accepted friend invitations - one entry for each accepted invitation. There is no maximum. If the participant invites his/her friends to participate in the prize draw, they will be sent an e-mail concerning the invitation from the challenger's e-mail address. The inviting person can preview the invitation before sending it to his/her friend. The inviting person is solely responsible to whom and to which e-mail address the invitation will be sent. The inviting person is responsible for making sure that the e-mail address is correct. Participants must maintain a respect for privacy and must not invite unknown persons to whom they do not have a permission to send an email to participate in the campaign. If an invited person reports having received an invitation from an unidentified person, the sender of that invitation can be excluded from the campaign. Campaign participants can monitor how their friends have reacted to the sent invitations from their personal results web page. If a person attempts to invite an e-mail address that has already been invited to participate in the campaign, the results page will indicate that that e-mail address has already been invited.

Employees of Wallace Sacks Ltd and their associated companies are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.

The last day to participate in the draw is the 10th of February 2008, unless noted otherwise. The draw can also be terminated before the said date or the final day can be postponed. The prize will be drawn on the 11th of February 2008. One person cannot win more than one prize. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not reply to the e-mail win notification within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn for that prize. The organizer of the prize draw will not be responsible for any possible costs that result from collecting the prize. Prizes cannot be traded for cash. By participating in the prize draw, all participants accept all of the terms and conditions above. Furthermore, participating persons accept that they are willing to receive e-mail information concerning the campaign. They can also accept or decline to receive further information concerning the products, services and benefits of Wallace Sacks Ltd. Choosing to accept this information enables the future use of these contact details for marketing use. The participant can choose to stop the use of these details by notifying Wallace Sacks Ltd.

There is a seperate draw for £200 to spend on any products available for sale on https://www.wallacesacks.com.

Prize money must be spent by 30th June 2008.
The prize money must be spent in one transaction. There will be no change given if the full amount of the voucher is not spent.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The prize can only be used once.
The prize is subject to availability of stock.
