• The competition will close on the 30th January 2008 and the winner will be notified by telephone or email the end of February 2008
• Prize tickets valid on Lufthansa flights only and regional partner operated flights only.
• Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks before the proposed date of travel
• All flights are subject to availability.
• Blackout periods and embargos apply
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• In the unlikely event that passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high
  load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Lufthansa will not be held responsible
• Validity of prizes cannot be extended.
• All tickets to be issued and travel completed by 31 March 2008.
• Validity of tickets cannot be extended.
• The prize includes all CRS taxes and charges
• Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
