We’ve teamed up with Foresight Fitness, the company that offers a range of services to help you improve your personal wellbeing by identifying and reaching your personal fitness goals, in the comfort of your own home, office, gym, etc.
Here’s your chance to win an hour’s consultation, an hour’s nutritional session and four hours’ worth of personal training sessions worth £165. Sessions can be taken at your home /office /park or any location you would like to train; trainers bring all the equipment needed to offer you a challenging workout!
