NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the United States (except residents of California) 18 years of age or older. Void in California and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Tennessee residents may not enter Sweepstakes via the Internet.

1. To Enter: Follow the entry instructions on the page https://www.discoverireland.com/psiloveyou/ and submit the online entry. All online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET) on January 1, 2008. Limit one entry per person. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) November 22, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 1, 2008.

2. Conditions of Entry: Valid Entries must be submitted via the method described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of Tourism Ireland (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. Neither Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction or late, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

3. Selection of Winner: Between January 1, 2008 and January 22, 2008. Sponsor or its independent judging organization will determine which entries are Valid Entries and will randomly draw one (1) winner from all of the Valid Entries. The Sponsor or its independent judging organization will be the sole judge of which entries are Valid Entries, and their decision and drawing will be final. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the information provided on such winner’s entry on or about January 22, 2008. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Unless prohibited by law, to receive the prize, winner must provide his or her social security number and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 7 business days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If an Affidavit/Release or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. A non-response by a winner or non-receipt of notification response after seven (7) business days will be considered winner’s forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Prize will be awarded to the winner after the eligibility and address of the winner have been confirmed. 4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary. You have not yet won. Sweepstakes ends on January 1, 2007. Winner shall be awarded one (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to Dublin & Ireland East, Ireland. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.00. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation to/from a major commercial airport with service to Dublin Airport and four (4) night double occupancy hotel accommodations in a 3-star country hotel. Actual ARV of trip depends on location of winner and fares at time of booking. If ARV turns out to be less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:2,000.

Trip must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Winner and winner’s travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and on dates determined by the Sponsor or winner forfeits all rights to the prize. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., passport, valid driver’s license, etc.) prior to travel. Winner’s travel companion must be 18 years or older and must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release prior to travel. The trip prize must be completed by November 2008. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, income, state, and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

5. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except residents of California), age 18 or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in California and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering onto and participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. 7. Privacy Policy: The Sponsor shares your concerns about the privacy of your personal information. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants may receive marketing materials, communications and other materials from the Sponsor and/or any promotional partners whose products and services Sponsor feels might interest entrants at a future date. 8. Interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York law.
