Terms & Conditions:

No purchase necessary. Please dend your email address and name to [EMAIL="gemma@nrfr.co.uk"]gemma@nrfr.co.uk[/EMAIL] with the subject heading MP3 HMV. Only one entry per e-mail address allowed.
To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the closing date of 30th April 2008 11.59 PM BST.
Entrants must be 18 years or over and a resident of the UK.
The prize is HMV Gift Cards to the value of £1000.00.
The prize will be awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The promoters reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize although every effort will be made to provide prizes of similar quality and value.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. The prize is non transferable and is subject to availability.
The prize draw is not open to those who are employees of HMV Group plc Companies or NR and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their respective immediate families.
The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.
An independent random draw will take place on 1st May 2008. The prize winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of making the draw. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Entrants accept that if they win Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy and HMV UK will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
Personal information about winners will be shared with Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy and HMV UK’s agents only to the extent necessary for the prize to be delivered to the prize winners.
The decisions of the contest judges are final. No correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrants.
All entries become the property of Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the web site during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Nordoff Robbins on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy reserve the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the contest should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Nordoff Robbins Music corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Nordoff Robbins Music reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, forged, falsified or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final.
Nordoff Robbins Music will not collect or use any personal information other than for publicity and to deliver the prize and has no liability for any personal information collected by Nordoff Robbins Music.
Nordoff Robbins Music and HMV UK have arranged this competition in good faith, but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize draw or the prize.
