I am sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been posted before but I could not find it, then again that could just be me!!
I have LOADS of books that I would like to sell and I am not sure where would be the best place to sell them. I am very used to selling on ebay and can navigate it well but I am not sure if it would be more prolific and easier to sell on Amzon.
I would like to hear about other people's experiences on Amazon and how they rate it against ebay.

I've not used Amazon for selling books yet but I know the profits are not great from it on eBay.
I manage online sales for a charity and am just about to launch our books on Amazon so would be interested in what everone else has to say.
I sell my own unwanted books, CDs and DVDs on Play.com though and I've made about £250 in the last few monthsNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
There is a long thread about selling on Amazon, I'll bump it for you. many of us are hooked on it!
Personally I sell on both, all my stock is on Amazon but I list a few dozen every month on ebay as well, I also have some on greenmetropolis.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. you could do both, amazon dont charge you anything until the items sold so you would only be out any ebay fees0

Unless they are new or rare books, you won't get much on ebay.
I've used Amazon, very easy, you set your price and don't lose out if the books don't sell. However, I would search the titles first to see how many other duplicates are listed, and at what sort of prices, before deciding whether or not it's worth it.0 -
fiscalfreckles I do disagree a little about your statement, I have often found that simple 1p books on Amazon where there are thousands listed will often go very well on ebay.
For weird and wonderful books though I try both, stick them on Amazon for the long term but maybe try them out on ebay as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
