If you go to the home page there's a banner for the comp- and then it asks you to register/ log-in.

The competition begins 10 December 2007 and closes 10 February 2008.
The competition is open to persons over the age of 18 years who are not employees of the Promoter, competition sponsors and their related bodies corporate and their immediate families. Some prizes may have age restrictions.
To enter the competition the entrant must accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To enter, individuals must either register to become a new Hotelclub.com Member by completing the online registration form during the promotion period or if they are already members, entrants must fill in the registration online and refer friends. For the entry to be valid all registration details must be completed and valid and personal information must be provided.
Once entrants successfully submit their registration they are offered the opportunity to refer friends to the website by sending their friends an email following the prompts in the "refer a friend" section. Entrants must obtain the consent of their friend/s prior to entering their friends email address/es.
The winner will be chosen from the pool of entries based on the creative merit of their response to the question "What is your favorite new Wonder of the World and why?" Answers must be in 50 words or less and must be the original work of the entrant.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit. The winner will be selected by the Promoter on 15 February 2008. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition winner will be announced on 15 February 2008 and notified via email. Should there be no confirmation from the winner by 1 March 2008 a new winner shall be chosen from the remaining entries based of the creative merit of their answer.
9. The winner will win 7 nights accommodation in a double room at the hotel listed below which is located in the city selected by them as the location of their favourite wonder of the world, subject to availability.
1. Yucat!n, Mexico - Hacienda Hotel, Chichen Itza
2. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Merlin Copacabana Hotel Rio de Janiero (City)
3. Rome, Italy - Hotel Giulio Cesare Rome (Vatican)
4. Beijing, China - Prime Hotel Beijing (Wang Fu jing)
5. Cuzco, Per! - Casa Andina Private Collection Hotel Cusco
6. Petra, Jordan - Golden Tulip Kingsway Hotel Petra
7. Agra, India - Taj View Hotel Agra
The winner will also win economy class, international return flights for 2 adults from their nearest international airport to the city selected by them as the destination of their favourite wonder of the world.
The accommodation prize must be taken in conjunction with the flights and will be booked directly through the Promoter (i.e. not through the website). The prize cannot be taken during school holidays. The prize must be redeemed and all travel must be completed by 15 February 2009.
Flights must be requested at least 1 month prior to the travel date and are subject to seat availability at the time of booking. Changes to flight details once booked will incur changes and fees per guest per change as stipulated by the airline.
If the winner has been referred to the Hotelclub.com membership registration page through a Hotelclub 'refer a friend' page, the referrer will also win 7 nights accommodation in a double room at the hotel listed below which is located in the city selected by them as the location of their favourite wonder of the world, subject to availability.<

If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter this competition is not capable of running as planned and the administration of this competition is affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to relevant lottery legislation requirements.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. If the Promoter believes that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the Promoter may exclude such person from this promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the game and or taking of any the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In accepting the prize, the recipient may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Winners and guests are responsible for having valid passports, travel insurance and spending money. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
Any taxes (other than GST) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
If participants check the opt-in box "I would like to receive special offers from HotelClub.com" the personal details of the entrant will be used for future promotional purposes (including electronic messaging) without any payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants have the right to access and correct personal information and can do so by contacting the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the competition at any time.
The Promoter is Flairview Travel Pty Limited trading as Hotelclub, Level 28, 680 George Street SYDNEY NSW 2000. ABN 85 092 445 442.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
