Starlet driver emails from Privelege - anyone else?

I've had a couple of emails - one from Privelege and one from Direct line both headed "Starlet Driver" inviting me to get a quote for car insurance.

Has anyone else had these?

The reason for my question is that the Toyota Starlet was discontinued 8 years ago which is old by most standards so it seems a funny model to front a marketing campaign. I have never had one nor applied for a quote on one. My concern is that someone is applying for insurance quotes and possibly a policy in my name. If this is just a blanket campaign then I don't need to worry. Unfortunately I know someone who is just stupid enough to do this so its not just groundless worry in this case.

Thanks for your help.
