Suggestions for cheap deals to Goa

Hi
I was wondering if anyone could provide any help with obtaining cheap deals to Goa.
We're looking to go anytime between beginning of January and end March for a week. Any week is fine although we do need to avoid half term and easter holiday weeks.
Preference would be to fly from Birmingham (so I think that may only be Thomson) although would consider East Mids or Manchester. Only want to go for 7 nights, not fussed if B&B, HB or AI.
Earlier this year Thomson had some fab deals from Birmingham - less than £300 for a week in a 3*. Unfortunately cicumstances meant that we couldn't go but are really looking to get to Goa beginning of 2008.
Does anyone have any idea when Thomson will start reducing their prices - at the moment there seems to be nothing from Birmingham - and if prices are likley to be similar to last year?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I am also looking for a goo deal to Goa for 2 weeks out of London. for end of January.
