1 In which hamlet was the prime minister born?
2 What is the name of the 1,729ft hill?
Arthur James Balfour was born at Whittingeham, East Lothian (Between Haddington and Dunbar)
St Mary's Church at Haddington is the largest Parish church in Scotland and John Knox was born in Haddington in 1514.
Athelstandford is the village named after King Aetheltan.
There's a plaque at commemorating the only clergyman to sign the declaration at - think it was Gifford.
Anyway the highest point in the Lammermuir hills is 1755ft where Lammer Law is the hill that's 1729ft.
hope you all agree, so
1. Whittingehame, East Lothian Thanks Etch for checking my answers as I asked, brill
2. Lammer Law
good luck everyone but please double check my answers

I believe that the hamlet where Balfour was born is Whittingehame. Other than that I agree with your answers.0

Sorry, but this has already been posted here.
People may want to check the thanks.
Dunno how to send a merge request, though.
I think this one is the original as it was posted on the 8th & the one you link to was posted yesterday
hbk2006 has also said that she has sent a merge request to get these 2 threads merged together (this original one with the dupe posted yesterday)
rrickyuk - If you want to know how to send a merge request it is quite straightforward when you know how!
On the bottom of the comps page where all the threads are listed it mentions who the Board Guides are: divadee, heatherw_01, kipper
Click onto one of those names & send them a pm (private message).
They need to know:- Original Thread URL
- Dupe Thread URL.
Hope this helpsSad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
Nosonddu - Please can you state where registration is required please.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0
