Terms and Conditions

By entering the Hotel Eden Arosa ski holiday competition (the Competition) the entrant agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (and any other rules which Ultimate-Ski.com tells you apply to the Competition) and by the decisions of Ultimate-Ski.com ('the promoter') and sponsors which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. In addition, an entrant agrees to receive information from the competition promoters and sponsors.


1. This Ultimate-Ski.com Prize Draw is open to entrants aged 18 years and over with a valid passport.
2. The competition is not open to employees of or contributors to Ultimate-Ski.com ('the promoter'), members of their family, associated companies, sponsors or anyone else associated with this promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. The Competition prize (the Prize) is a 5-night ski holiday for two people sharing a “design double room“ (breakfast included) at Hotel Eden in Arosa including lift pass sponsored by Hotel Eden plus return flights (for UK residents only) from London to Zurich courtesy of Ultimate-Ski.com and rail transfer from Zurich to Arosa courtesy of Switzerland Tourism and Swiss Travel System.
5. The 5-night at Hotel Eden to run from Sunday to Thursday inclusive, in low season, exact dates to be agreed with Hotel Eden and travel sponsors, subject to availability. From 1st February until 2nd March is high season so the holiday prize must be taken during the period from 3rd March 2008 until 13th April 2008 which is when Arosa winter season closes.
6. Travel to and from the UK airport, ski hire, travel insurance, spending money, passports and visas (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winners.
7. No substitutions and no equivalent cash value are offered.
8. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
9. The promoter reserves the right to change elements of the Prize without prior warning.
10. All entries must include the title, full name and gender of the entrant, postal address, city or town, post or zip code, country and active email address.
11. Only one entry is allowed per person. Ineligible and multiple entries will not be entered into the competition.
12. Entries will be accepted by completing the entry form on the Ultimate-Ski.com website.
13. All entries must be received by midnight of 31st January 2008 and late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
14. The Competition draw will take place on or about 2nd February 2008.
15. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible after the Competition draw has taken place.
16. The winner agree to participate in all required publicity.
17. The winner and travel partner may have to complete additional legal documents and return them to Ultimate-Ski.com or to competition sponsors within five working days of receipt from Ultimate-Ski.com. Non-compliance or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
18. Arrangements for the fulfilment of the Prize(s) are through third party sponsors. Winner(s) consent to ultimate-ski.com passing their name and details to any necessary third party to deliver the prize or prizes to you.
19. The receipt of the Prize is conditional upon compliance of any and all laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of the Competition and any further rules relating to such Competition as Ultimate-Ski may impose.
20. The winner of the Competition agrees that neither Ultimate-Ski.com, Ultimate Sports Media Limited, their employees or any of the sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
21. For the name of the winner please send an SAE to Ultimate Sports Media Limited, 8 Grange Road, Barnes, London SW13 9RE after the draw date and specifying the name of the competition or see website for news of the winner.
22. No correspondence will be entered into and Ultimate-Ski.com and Ultimate Sports Media Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion.
23. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission or for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from transmission and/or computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other similar causes.
24. Ultimate-Ski.com, may, from time to time, send promotional material to entrants including the Ultimate-Ski.com email newsletter and news of other competitions and special offers.
25. The judges decision is final.
