and when i participate in a survey I earn rewards which convert to vouchers once i've earnt £5.
You don't have to be female but you must have kids. It's worth a look as there are several different vouchers you can request such as amazon & mothercare.

Recently I feel slightly used on these surveys.
They ask you a few questions, then say "Thank you for your interest.
We have reached our target number of participants and the survey is now closed", at this point I feel like they have got the information that they wanted out of me and I'm not rewarded. The survey I have just completed was only put on 9.30 pm last night, and I filled it in 8.00 am this morning.
I feel a bit cheated.0
