can I still reclaim £12 credit card charges?

Hello, I am new to this website, so I don't know whether I am posting this in the correct place.
I was just wondering whether anyone knows whether I could claim back my £12 credit card charges? Also, does anyone know when the charges became £12?
Thanks!

Yes you can. £12 is only the threshold after which the OFT said they would intervene (which they siill never stuck by). Nobody ever said that £12 is fair & lawful. I have successfully reclaimed £12 charges.0
