help heating will not go off

Hi wondering if anyone can offer any advice we have a combi boiler and we tried turning the heating down at the thermostat this didn't work, we tried turning the heating off at the timer this didn't work, we tried resetting the boiler this didn't work does anyone have any suggestions?

You should be able to select hot water only on the boiler ,does that stop it?

which make model is it?
sounds like a control problem of some sort.
some boilers have a bad reputation with faulty pcb,s.Get some gorm.0
