Cheers Mr Shed the abuse on that other tread is unbelievable, it's not our fault the house prices are soo ridiculously high and have to look at other ways to get on the property ladder.

There is another thread on this board with someone asking a very similar thing. If I were you, I would delete your post and read it.
You will get lots of abuse for asking this question.
Welcome to M.S.E.

To save time I'll just Paste in my comment from last time... then tommorrow I'll probably have to paste in my second comment when the OP asked all disgruntled:
What makes you think you should be entitled to a cheap house at the taxpayers expense? What the hell makes you think we are going to give YOU advice on how to STEAL money, from US. And dont make a mistake here, that's what you would be doing... stealing money from honest taxpayers.
RTB it bad enough in allowing occupants to buy houses at a knock down price, but the idea of someone finding a way to buy their parents council house at a knock down price is just greedy and sick.
You DONT have a right to a discount house at the taxpayers expense... we dont have enough council houses as it... people like you are just making it worse, lining thier pockets at the expense of sociey as a whole. Its not the "governments" house or the "councils" house, it's the TAXPAYERS house. Stupid ideas like this are tatramount to benefit fraud.
If you've been seriously considering this then you need to give some serious consideration to your moral values.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -
squatnow,
The OP has never returned after reading the other thread where the OP was given un-asked for and unwarranted abuse.
If this is how you care to treat new users please carry on with your personal crusade. :AWell life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
