    Emap Advertising – Prize draw terms and conditions
    1. The Promoter is Emap Advertising Limited (EA) which publishes the Emap publications. These terms and conditions govern the promotion. Emap Advertising’s principal place of business is at Endeavour House, 189 Shaftsbury Avenue, London WC2H 8JG.
    1. All entrants must be over 16 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of EA. Employees, families or agents of EA, T-Mobile and/or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the promotion.
    1. NO PURCHASE OF ANY SORT IS NECESSARY to enter the promotion.
    1. EA may at its sole discretion, substitute any or all Prizes for a prize of a similar nature and/or comparable value.
    1. Entry to the prize draw is through joining The Friday Club. By texting a shortcode users will add their mobile number to a database owned wholly by EA and used purely for the T-Mobile competition. Every Friday EA will randomly select winners who will be sent a text message. The message will include a password and drive to online. Each winner, when they enter their password and mobile number will be advised of their prize and asked to enter their details in order for EA to send their prize out. The prizes will be advertised each week online.
    1. The winners of this prize draw will be randomly chosen on each Friday for the duration of the promotion. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only people whose mobile numbers match the passwords will be able to claim a prize. There is only one prize per mobile number per week. The first person to enter the winning mobile number and password combination will win the prize.
    1. The prizes will be allocated to numbers randomly chosen by an independent judge on the closing dates specified. The cut off time for each weekly draw will be 6pm every Thursday. The prizes are randomly selected and based on a pre-determined budget per week. No alternative will be offered.
    1. The prize draw opens on the 23rd October and closes on the 14th January 2008. The first prize will be allocated on the 2nd November.
    1. EA accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be acceptable. EA will not be liable if the prize cannot be taken by the Winner for any reason beyond the control of EA.
    1. Proof of age may be required before prizes can be claimed. Before a prize is awarded, the winner may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Prize winners may be required to take part in promotional activity at EA’s request and consents to their name, location and photograph being published for the purposes of this promotion and promoting EA and its business.
    1. By entering the promotion, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
    1. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier may apply and must be accepted and complied with by prize winners.
    1. EA and/or its associated companies will keep details of all entries made on a database. Only those who opt in to receive further information from EA, T-mobile or third party companies will do so.
    1. On submitting an entry, each entrant irrevocably and exclusively grants and assigns to EA with full title guarantee the entire copyright and all other rights of whatever nature in his/her entry for the full duration of such rights throughout the world.
    1. Other than for death or personal injury arising from negligence of EA, so far as is permitted by law, EA hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the promotion or any aspect of prizes.
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
    1. The winners details are available to the public for 1 month after the closing date. A stamp address envelope should be sent to T-mobile Winners, Account Management, Endeavour House, 189 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8JG
