Foodie Hamper bits in Sainsburys

My local Sainsburys (only a small one) has loads of Taste the Difference displays at the tills, with trial size packs - I noticed biscuits for 25p, and Olive Oil for 50p - don't know if there are others or not (it was busy, so didn't go hunting).

The biscuits come in at least three flavours - belgian chocolate chip, stem ginger, and shortbread - there's two to a pack.

The oil I saw is an Extra Virgin Olive, and the bottle is about the size of a food colouring bottle.

Great as little fillers for foodie hampers and the such

This has just been posted on the 'finished hampers' thread - thanks to Sazzacat :)

Didn't know about the bogof part myself - will definitely be going back for more tomorrow now :)

on an side/end aisle they had 54 gram taste the difference coffee bags/samples for only 25p and then on bogof! (that's equivalent to a normal size pack for only 50p - won't tell you how many i bought!).

they also had little biscuit packs, little bottles of olive oil, figs etc all on the same offer.

these would go great with the little boxes of different teas from home bargains also for 25p - you could do a great hamper for very little (am off back there tomorrow in fact)....

just thought i'd there that with you x
