Terms and Conditions

1. The prize winner will recieve a flight plus 7nights accomodation for 2 people in a 4 star hotel, subject to availability.
2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. This free prize draw closes at 9am 31 January 2008 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
4. The prize draw will take place on 5th February 2008 and the winner will be notified via email by 8th February 2008.
5. The prize is subject to availability. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel, airline and/or tour operator.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
7. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or their affiliates.
8. The prize must be booked by 31 March 2008 for travel up to 30th June 2009.
9. The following travel dates are excluded from the prize: 3rd December 2008 - 5th January 2009. 10. Transport to and from UK airports is the responsibility of the prize-winner and their travelling companion. All flights are from London Gatwick.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable with no cash alternative.
12. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over (who hold a valid passport), except employees of the promoters, Associated Press and the lastminute.com ltd group of companies, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
13. Except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, normal lastminute.com terms and conditions apply to the prize and these are available on request. Entry instructions and prize descriptors form part of these terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions are subject to change. This promotion is governed by the law of England.

16. Requests by letter must be received before the closing date of the competitions you wish to enter.

18. The prize excludes personal expenses such as travel insurance, food and drink – except where stated in the description.
