Price crash, don't buy - rent....

Tenants, I love them,

The more the merrier.

Do not under any circumstances buy.

Why line the pockets of those greedy building societies.

Much better to rent. At least you can move out when you want to.

Sell,sell,sell, rent, rent rent.

And if you rent, someone will say "don't line the pockets of a greedy landlord".

I think the only solution to this is if we all go and live in caves. Yeah it gets a bit chilly in the winter, and the lighting isn't up to much, but at least we're not lining the pockets of any of those greedy people who just want to take all our money. Leaves more money for  too!, and the cold winters mean there's no need for a fridge

Are you having a laugh? Have you seen the price of caves these days! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hereford/worcs/6258440.stm

You can't meet the mortgage payments on that if you club dinosaurs and pick berries for a living.
Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!

Come on. Caves are for living in, not for investment

Before you know it, you'll have buy to let speculators snapping up all the caves that FTCs (first time cavemen) would normally buy, and where will society be then ? . . . .it'll be back to the stone age before we know it
