Assistance required for cheap train ticket to London

I hope someone can assist.

I want to travel to London from either Preston or Manchester via the cheapest train possible (I am actually travelling from Poulton-le-Fylde)

I want to travel on 16th November (arrive London before 16:00) and return 19th November (anytime)

I have a website http://www.mobitix.thetrainline.com/VT/advancepurchase.aspx

but this site only have advance bookings until 26th October

Can soemone please help or advise

    www.thetrainline.com site, put in your required time/dates and then when the site gives you the first list of fares click on the bit that says 'two singles could be cheaper' .
    There's several trains with tickets at £12.50 each way from manchester on your dates - eg depart manchester 13.15 arr london 15.30ish and any train after 10.00 on the return.
