Use a spam blocker (depends on how you get your email) or get another address. It's just spam, there won't be any official list to remove your address from. Blocking the sender, as you've found out, is pointless as more often than not the email isn't even sent from that address. In fact you're probably just blocking the addresses of people that have got nothing to do with spam.

    I never open them.

You can get spam if someone who has your email gets a worm or virus/malware that distributes email addresses to the hackers.
And if you have a common name/guessable email address then you will probably get it too.
In fact almost everyone gets some spam.

If you are using one of the built-in email programs like Outlook or Outlook Express, I can recommend Spamihilator:

    http://www.spamihilator.com/

It's free. Download all the add-ons and it will filter out all the rubbish. Sometimes it takes a week or two to train using the Learning Filter, but it filters the majority as-is.
