The brutally surreal adventures of human-sized fast food products Meatwad, Frylock and Master Shake are coming to the UK in AQUA TEEN HUNGER FORCE COLON MOVIE FOR THEATRES - a full length feature of the latest adult animation series to take the US by storm.
AQUA TEEN HUNGER FORCE has fast become a comedy cartoon hit series in the states, making it the third most popular comedy on Cartoon Network''s Adult Swim section behind Family Guy and Futurama. The feature-length film looks to do the same on it''s UK release by Revolver Entertainment on 1st October, with a planned launch at V Festival this summer.
After an immortal piece of exercise equipment, know only as ''insano-flex'' threatens a balance of galactic peace, it''s up to the Aqua Teen Hunger Force to run away from it. Complicating matters, the Plutonians team up with the Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past for ultimate control of the deadly device. Although they claim to be crime fighters, they never fight crime and the fact that they are fast food products has little to do with the story. Despite it''s title, the film does not involve water or teenagers and there is very little actual force against food, although there is much eating and general aggression. Further to this, much of the dialogue is improvised by the vocal talent, resulting in a sarcastic and out of this world comedy.
