look when I posted the OP ...back in September...this offer as long gone so as the code
If you wait till last minute November is a cheap time to cruise expecialy if you can go end of November
Start looking for the cruise you want now ...make a short (or long ) list of the ones you like the look of and wait till the prices are good
If its one of the american ships try one of the american agents like Best Price Cruise.com

mai-tai, in our experience the further in advance you book the cheaper the price is. e usually book about 18 months in advance. We booked our cruise next Feb/Mar in June 2006 and booked the one for 2009 in May this year ... next April/May we will probably book for 2010. Often there are incentives for booking early such as on board credit (we have been awarded £300 on board credit for 2009). The other thing to note is that the deposit is usually only about 10% and, if you change your mind they often allow you to move that deposit to another cruise.
Note that doing it this way does not always guarantee the lowest possible price but you should be close and do get your choice of cabin and itinerary etc.
