can i use a virgin line for sky+

im with virgin media at the moment for tv internet and phone, but really really want to switch to sky, as im not impressed with virgins cable tv service

does anyone know i f i can get sky+ through my existing virgin phone line?

the only other alternative is to get a bt line, but theyre gonna charge me £125 for this and id rather stay as i am than pay this extortionate fee

    Sky+ is received via a mini dish not via cable so you will be fine to keep your existing telephone line and switch your television package to Sky.

    thanks, but what about the interactive stuff, on the sky+ box, not that i would use it but dont they like to connect a line so that you can use it, like ordering films and payperview stuff.

    what about the broadband are with stuck with virgin for that, most ISP's use a bt line dont they
    its only a bargain, if you need it or will use it.

    Sky works fine with a VM phoneline .
