Don't go there. Just don't. Save your energy. Go with another company.
We ordered a conservatory on 31st March. We were also told a start date would be maximum 2 weeks after we gave the go ahead. We were told 6 weeks maximum to complete after build begins.
We gave the go ahead after planning permission came through on 25th May. Building started on 29th June.
We are still not finished as of today...they want to come complete in over a fortnight.
So save your time, money and energy and just go with another company. Don't spend forever on the phone like I have these past 2 months trying to get workmen to your house.

Why has it taken so long to install?
Write to the Chairman, Dean St. John at their head office and demand compensation if you have any directly-attributable losses they have caused you. Also for the stress caused.
Turn down the first offer of compensation and if they do not offer enough then send a letter threatening them with court action.
Believe me this company will not let the matter go to court. They will pay compensation (if you agree not to slag them off) but you need to be resolute about it.
It took that long to install as we placed our order, then Planet closed their Midlands showrooms, leaving one planet employee covering the whole of the midlands and shipping in people from the north west for the big stuff.
Plus our project manager didn't manage the project and I had to keep pushing him to get the sub contractors to our house. He also didn't see underfloor heating was part of the order, so had to get someone else back to do that too.
No need for compensation...we deducted an amount of money from the outstanding 5% remainder to pay and a list of our complaints. Am not letting them buy my right to moan about them!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
