Been going through the mass of useless mass of paperwork on my pooper desk.

Found a reply from Bolton dated 26/07/2007 acknowledging recipt of my complaint.

Naturally I haven't heard anything since.

But Heigh Ho! I've got a geographical phone number. I'm on hold now...8.50pm...lol...they are thanking me for holding and one of the case workers will be with me shortly. I know they work up to 9pm.

It's obvious there is no one there. It doesn't cost me anything up to 60 mins.

Anyway...once again:

01925 434 573.

Going to try again in the morning...

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Of course not.

What annoys me is people might not be on this 60 min thing and be paying for the call.

Yes- Bolton code is normally 01204.

But Bolton Vertex always come through 01925. Perhaps they are putting people off the scent as to where they are really based.

The address on the letter reads CSA Bolton, PO Box 442, Crewe, CW98 1AD.

Useless writing a letter to there as you won't get a reply.
  • All post gets sent to the po box number in Crewe, which then gets forwarded onto whichever business unit you may be in, be it Bolton, Hastings, Dudley etc. It then gets passed onto the relevant team, who will reply to you in due course.
Maybe I could help you if you told me what the query you were ringing for was?
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:

This explains the large volume of lost post.
  • bolton vertex building used to be the old norweb call centre on manchester road..
  • I heard that Vertex advised a customer that they could expect to hear about a responce to a complaint sometime in 2008!! so I doubt that ringing will assist you.
Fire a letter off to Steven Gerahty, the Chief Exec, even if you have done so before, and it may make things move slightly quicker...
    Nothing to see here
  • Calls are routed through the Vertex exchange office in Warrington (by IKEA)!

Oh and Bolton CSA call centre is open 8am-8pm but back office staff are busy working on cases until 9pm so that's why you waited i'm afraid!
