Slimmimg Pills

Hi everyone. I know the right way to lose weight is by eating a sensible diet and exercising, but after having had my second child I'm bigger than ever and feel I need something to give me a kick start; at the moment I don't even have the confidence to join a gym! So anyway, my main problem is sweets. I was wondering if anyone can recommend any slimming pills, apetite supresants... whatever you want to call them. I would only use them for a very short while, I know they don't work long term. Has anyone heard of the Silver pills? Is it true that Sudafed works in just the same way? I hope someone out there can provide some information. Thank you all.
