Terms and Conditions :
• The closing date for the competition is Monday 3rd September 2007 at 23:59 GMT.
• The winner will be randomly drawn through a prize draw on Tuesday 4th September 2007 and notified the same day.
• All entrants must be available to travel to France on the 7th September 2007and return on the 9th September 2007.
• The prize is a pair of tickets to the 2007 Rugby World Cup match between England and the USA on Saturday 8th September including two First class return Eurostar tickets from London to Lille and onward train travel to Lens. Travel times are specified and non exchangeable.
• This competition is open to all persons aged 18 and over except Rail Europe Limited employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
• By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

• Acknowledgement of the prize must be received by Wednesday 5th September 2007.
• Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, using the details provided in the entry form. If acknowledgement is not received by 1200 on Wednesday 5th September 2007, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
