rail card have i been ripped off

i have just got a family rail card so 2 adults and 2 children can get cheap tickets to london but after looking at the site not sure if i have been ripped of as it lookes to me that if i payed for 4 adult tickets 2 of us would go for free on the group saver option (2 travel for 4) is this right or have i miss understood the details

Cost of Groupsave £54.40
This is for the Super Off-Peak Travelcard for 18 Aug.
I am pretty sure railcard discounts are not permitted on groupsave tickets.0 -
thanksmartin it just looked to me to be cheaper to get a group saver ticket as kids go for £1 so the boys could oftaked a friend, thank you i must of read it wrong0
