RAC auto renewal
I phoned RAC just before my renewal to cancel as I can get a better deal going shares with someone else using clubcard vouchers. They said their systems were down but would call me back, I never got a call.
Admitedly I forgot about cancelling until now. RAC have just taken another £72 out my account. Is there any way I can get them to cancel and refund this or am I stuck with expensive cover for another year?

Your are probably stuck with it.
If it's very recent ( a week or two) you stand a chance.
You won't know until you ask them0 -
I sent an email and a letter by recorded delivery. They sent a reply saying it was cancelled and the premium refunded as I did it within 14 days.0
