Boiler replacement estimate

Options
Anyone care to comment on the following estimate. It is for replacement of an old oil Trianco 50/70 central heating boiler with a condensing boiler. The house is two storey with 10 rooms.
The new boiler in this estimate is to go outside the house wall, exactly corresponding to where the existing boiler is on the inside.
The system being replaced has separate hot water and heating pipes from the boiler, each has a pump on the return flow. Everything on the system is 20 years old, the hot water cylinder even older. There are thermostatic valves on each rad of the same age. There is one room thermostat in the hallway. The new cylinder has to allow possible addition of solar water heating in the future.

The estimate is from an Oftec registered company
The estimate is:
Eurocal Outdoor Countryman 50/70 £1836
10 x thermostatic rad valves £111
Dual core cylinder c/w immersion heater £479
Motorised valve £112
Circulation pump £72
By pass valve £37
Fire valve £95
Electrics £176
Copper pipe work and fittings £285
Sundries £88
Labour £851

Total £4146 - (£1000 required up front)

Any views appreciated. Thanks

Good afternoon: My OH does gas not oil but took a look at material costs... seems to be a a significant mark up on boiler http://www.oilboilersdirect.com/acatalog/System_Countryman.html but labour costs seems lower than one might expect. I don't know if any OFTEC installers post on here but others might have had similar work done recently. Are you keeping your current oil tank or does the boiler price include a new one?

Thanks for the reply. The current oil tank is quite new so that is not included. I see what you mean about the boiler mark up - over double the price!
