To celebrate the release of 1408 in cinemas from 31st August, you can win a haunted weekend at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel and Spa, Ascot.
The prize includes a 2 night weekend stay for 2 people in a feature room located in the original manor house. Here you will be staying in the most haunted area of the hotel occupied by the infamous “Blue Lady”. The stay includes dinner, bed and breakfast each day, with a bottle of wine each evening.
Will this room be as bone-chilling as room 1408 from the film staring John Cusack, and Samuel L. Jackson?
1408 tells the chilling tale of Mike Enslin a debunker of paranormal occurrences, who upon entering room 1408 of the Dolphin hotel is thrust into a terror beyond all imagining.
Based on a short story by Stephen King, 1408 really does have horror inscribed in its soul.
1408 (Cert. 15) is at cinemas everywhere on 31 August 2007. For more information please visit https://www.paramountpictures.co.uk/1408.
