WARNING>
Tesco have sent out for months leaflets offering you 56days interest free credit and no cash advance fee when buying foreign cash with there credit card.
I spoke to credit card customer service to have my cash advance limit raised in order to take advantage of this offer and was told that these leaflets are wrong and the staff on the Tesco Holiday Line are giving incorrect advice and today he has already had complaints from customers being charged 18%int apr daily as it is still a xash withdrawl.
Customer Service has logged complaints with Tesco HQ about this and will refund charges but be warned.
Obvious MIs-selling i thinks:mad:

Do you know if this offer was just if you bought travel money from Tesco becuase I got some last week from Travelex and paid with my Tesco credit card?0

Yes you will probably be charged as the transaction is the same as taken cash out of a cashpoint machine.
The tesco offer was different as the official leaflets stated that it would be free of charges and interest
Pay it back asap and don't use any credit cards0
