Eyelash tinting no more...

I have quite sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses so hardly ever wear mascara. Instead I've been having my eyelashes tinted at a salon every 4/5 weeks (or when I have the money!).
Couldn't get an appointment just before going on holiday so got the permanent 30day mascara from Boots. What fantastic results. cost around £7.99, dead easy to use, and no stinging at all. I'll probably get at least six months worth of applications out of the tube (maybe more but not sure how long I can keep it for)
Just thought I'd pass the money saving tip on! (and of course, buy it through quidco with an advantage card!)

Dead easy - and remember I'm doing it with no lenses in and obviously no glasses. It's just like putting mascara on, you leave it on for a while and then wash it off. Sometimes at a salon if it goes into my eye it really stings, but I had no problems at all with this stuff. Wish I'd discovered it earlier...0 -
Will give it a go sounds good, have you found out anything for eyebrow tinting?I USED TO BE INDECISIVE BUT NOW I'M NOT SO SURE!
Rich people tell you that money doesn't bring you happiness just so the poor people don't feel jealous.0 -
is it boots own brand make??
i usually have mine permed and tinted but havent got time before i go away so might give this a go
thanksWhen you know better you do better0 -
ooh i use that too, and would def recommend it! it works out sooo much cheaper. i find a box lasts around at least 6 months. so i never use more than 2 boxes a year, which is cheaper than going to the salon every month. i don't really like the plastic applicator that much, so i just use a cotton bud. i use the dark brown for eyelashes and eyebrows and before i apply it i smear some vasaline 'around' my eyebrows first, then if i put too much on i can easily wipe it off with a cotton bud without it staining the skin.totally a tog!:D0

I very rarely wear makeup now as mascara irritates my eyes. It's ok for a while, then as the day progresses my eyes get more and more irritated, and when I come to take the mascara off it gets worse.
If I put makeup on and no mascara I just don't look right.
So my question is anybody have the same problem with mascara, tried this Boots dye stuff, and alls been ok.
I would really like to be able to wear makeup again. I'm very tempted to try it.0
