If anybody is around in medway on monday 16th july 07 and fancies popping into the magistrates court for a non compliance hearing then feel free as i am having them done for breach of the cca. They took my pound and never sent me a cca. CHATHAM MAGISTRATES COURT THE BROOK CHATHAM KENT

    they currently have pannone trying to defend them who claim they were instructed on the 4th of july bearing mind that they have had the cca since mid may.
