My heels are very dry and cracked and don't look too good when I wear sandals, any advice of what I can use to repair them?
Many thanks

My OH (but you can't borrow him) massages my feet on a nightly basis with baby lotion (how lucky am I?)
If you haven't got one just DIY!I haven't got one!0 -

The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

ouch painful
best thing to do is moisturise moisturise moisturise and lock in the moisture by putting cotton socks on at night.
i have read before that you shouldn't wear open backed sandals when you have cracked or dry heels as this causes the skin to spilt.
give your feet a good soak at least once a week and religiously moisturise them every night.
hope they get better soon!:)0 -

Hi MXW
A few years ago my heels were so bad that they had deep open cracks, painful and very sore. I bathed daily, used a heel scraper - similar to a fine cheese grater then put E45 on the wound. Now I use the grater thingy every couple of days and rub in some Boots Intensive Foot Softener. I've tried lots of different products from expensive to cheap but now go back to the Boots one and good old E45.
I still wouldn't win a beautiful foot competition but they are more comfortable and don't sting now!
Hope it works for you,

clean them with pumice, then foot file (gently) then thickest, greasiest cream you can get your hands on. Do this when you get in from work then reapply the cream before bed then the socks, you'll have sweet feet in no time!0
