Good afternoon lovely DFWs

Now for anyone looking in, please feel free to join - the more the merrier! Basically, decide on the amount you want to spend up to from Sunday until the end of the working day on Friday then pledge it here and off we go! The challenge is about incidental spending and not for stuff that should be budgeted elsewhere such as bills, groceries, debt repayment etc but you decide what to include at the end - this is about changing your habits and improving your recording of your spends more than anythng else.

Have a great week everyone and keep it low!!!

Moozie x

    Evening pap,

I haven't been keeping track too well this week, but I think I probably came in just on budget at £20.

This week I need petrol, so will budget £30

This is the first time I have attempted this so I'm going to put at £25 as I know I will go out with OH as he's just back from a long tour.

Hi there - I didn't have time to find this thread at the weekend (sorry!) but I would like to say that my budget of £150 was blown by £9.10.

However I did get £24 back from the £50 worth of Euros I bought which kind of takes me back under budget again - doesn't it? Oh no - too complicated...let's just say I blew the budget!! :rotfl:

Anyway for this week, my budget is: £52!

An odd number I grant you but various bits & bobs add up to £51.38 so...£52 covers it nicely. Any change goes in the spare change challenge.

    Good luck all! :)
